CODE ALREADY REDEEMED

I had sims 4 disc on my pc and now I have a Mac and I want to download sims onto it but every time I put the code in it says its already redeemed even though I am using the same origin account, it isn't in my hidden downloads as I didn't download sims onto my pc I just used the disc.

@charlyclare  Please open Origin on your Mac and enter "Sims 4" in the search field in the upper left corner.  Click on the base game, which should take you to the base game product page.  What does the orange button say: Play, Download, or Get the Game?  You can post a screenshot if you want.

Please also do the same on your PC, just for comparison.

They both say that I need to buy sims because I use the disc on pc and still says that the code is already redeemed.

@charlyclare  Please contact EA customer support for help.  You can take a photo of the Sims 4 disc, case, and insert with the product code showing, then upload it to a live chat session.
