Buying a game as present for underage account

Hey!

I want to buy an extension to The Sims 4 for my underage sister. She can log in to her account in the app (via the ID) but not in the browser through the email. (resetting the password is successful).

I neither can find her ID whren trying to buy the extension from my account as a gift. What should I do?
