I got a key from a friend a couple of months ago I then added the game to my library played for about a week and then my game disappeared. After that I contacted support and they weren't of any help and seemed annoyed with me asking for help at all so now I've turned to the forums, so does anyone know what I can do to get my game back I was really enjoying it and I was partially through the A license.
Edit: I also want to add that if I try to put the key in again it says the key is currently in use.
