Billing Question

Hi there... My account should have been charged July 1st for the month of July for Origin.  It still hasn't been charged.  Is there a reason why?

Check here: PAYMENT & BILLING

 

“See if you have a monthly or yearly Membership. Click Change to switch plans.

 

Find your Next Billing Date to know when you’ll be charged.

 

Check what Payment Method you’ve got on file with us for your subscription.

 

Want to change it? Click Edit next to your current payment method and put in your new information.

 

You must save a payment method to remain an active Origin Access member."

Hey @princessdg6 do you still have access to Origin Access or has it ended?


If it is not showing as active, if you go to Origin are you able to become a member again?
