Billing Issue "Please try again later. [ref. #50000]" [ Edited ]

Every time I try to purchase the sims 4 expansion packs through origin I keep getting the below error message: 

Your order could not be completed. Please try again later. [ref. #50000]

I have never had this issue before. 

Please do let me know how I can resolve this.

Hey all, I've checked with the team and this issue was fixed on Saturday night.

If you are still seeing an issue can you try the following to see if it helps:

• Remove your payment methods on Origin and then readd it again when checking out
• Try a different connection if possible to see if you see the same error.

I cant purchase a bundle in the sims 4 game at all? first it said my card was not right, which nothing is wrong with my card. Then I waited a couple of days and It simple says: ERROR when I pick my games and want to purchase. What Can I do? I want to buy a Bundle

I didn't even get to put in my cc info. It just keep giving me an error message. The error was 50000.

I went into ea settings and deleted all my payment methods and then when I went back to the purchase screen it let me enter my card info and the purchase finally went through

I too am having the same problem, albeit with Battlefield DLC. I have no stored payment methods. What do?
