Battlefield V wont recognise Premier

Ive got a premier account and when i launch BF 5 it crashes, i then launched it through BF 1 and select BF 5, it wants me to purchase the game and when i try it comes up saying error....

How can i fix this, i would like to play the game.

I have repaired the game, made sure its updated, re-logged and nothing works.

Do you have the same issue if you launch the game directly from Origin rather then through BF1?

Can you share the exact error message that you are seeing, the more info we have the better we can help.

When i try and launch it directly through Origin it goes to the black screen with the loading symbol in the top right then the game closes. The only way i can get into the game is by launching BF 1 or BF 4 and then select the BF 5 tab where it then tells me i own standard BF 5 but tells me to purchase the deluxe edition, when i do it brings up origin window and says "Whoops, Origin has encountered an unknown error" .

The first thing to do @BryOnPCIn140P is see if there are any updates available for your GPU as your current drivers are 6 months out of date.

Once updated try launching the game again to see if the issue remains.

Nothing wrong with my GPU driver, they are all up to date, version 430.86 is the newest one available, what is the next thing i can do ?

The problem is origin access isnt giving me access to the game. it launches but after loads the game crashes, its not a matter of whether my PC can run it or not.w

Your DxDiag is showing your GPU driver to be from 11/12/2018 @BryOnPCIn140P.

It's no harm trying a clean install of your GPU drivers.
