Battlefield V trial - I click quit in game menu but application didn't close

Hi,

 

I'm origin basic user. I'm trying BF V trial. Yesterday I played like 1H and half and this morning around 45 min. I had a hard stop so I clicked the quit button (the one is on the menu when you start the game) and locked my screen (windows+L). Now, few hours later I checked and process was stil running. Now Origin says I've played 6H Frown

 

I did not forget to click the quit button. Actually for some reason quit button is not working.

 

Something that I can do? I'm sure someone from origin can pull my username stats and check that I have not played 6h

The best thing to do @the-trujamen is speak with one of our phone or chat support advisers who will be able to take a look at your account and advise you further.

To request a callback or speak with a chat adviser:

Click on your product Origin

Then select 'PC

Manage my Account'

Can't log in

 

Finally, you can choose to receive a callback or begin a chat.
