Battlefield V pre-order problem

I pre-ordered Battlefied V when it was in the open beta. Now it's closing in on the official release date, but I cannot see the actual game im my library.
Is it not supposed to show up until it's fully released?
I need some sort of confirmation that I actually do own the game. Worried

Hey @Pilsmaister what version of the game did you order, was it the Deluxe or Standard?

 

You should see the option to pre-load the game in your My Game Library, if not and if you do not see the game tile then please speak with one of our live support advisers who will be able to look into the issue for you.

 

You can contact our live support at help.ea.com.  

 

To request a callback or speak with a chat adviser:

Click on your product Origin

Then select 'PC

Manage my Account'

Can't log in

 

Finally, you can choose to receive a callback or begin a chat.
