Battlefield 5 really like you said support Chinese, why can't I?

I tried to find customer service, I tried to download again three times, I tried to change the area, I tried everything I could! It still doesn't work. I remember "battlefield 5" support  Chinese, and I bought it in the United States, not on third-party websites. It's been five years since battlefield 4. But this time I was confused. The posts I saw in the community were in Chinese, but I didn't find any options. Who can help me if possible?

You can see the supporter languages for the game you bought in your screenshots.

This version simply does not support the Chinese language, and AFAIK not even a version bought in China does.
