Battlefield 5 endless black screen, game wont launch to menu. consistent issue

Game will not launch. I just bought this game. wtf is this

First time i launched the game after buying it a couple months ago, it just played music and showed me landscapes. had to alt f4. restart it and i was able to play the game.

its launched and plays fine many times, but now its been a week trying to launch the game multiple times its just a black screen with music no matter how long i wait or how many times i restart the game.

ive tried every possible "fix" i have been able to find so far

After months of frustrated posts on the forum and bug report submissions, as well as serching for answers online I think i have found a fix that worked for me first try and hopfully is the fix that sticks for good.

right clicking on my Battlefield 5 desktop icon .exe  then going into Properties, then in the Compatibility tab i checked to enable the option: Disable display scaling on high DPI settings.
which i did not have enabled or ever tried.  I also have the setting checked to Run the program as administrator, and compatibility mode chacked to enable compatibility mode for windows 8, since i use windows 8.1

I have yet to confirm if this fixes my issue for good. but so far, the game has launched properly first try

here is the youtube video that helped me. the second "fix" did the trick
