Hello together,
The download of Battlefield 5 stops at 25% every time (i already tried it FOUR TIMES).
First i tried it with the trial version of the Origin Basic Access.
The same after i purchased the deluxe edition.
I reinstalled Origin, disabled UAC and Windows-Defender, started origin as administrator.
When reaching 25% of the download the network usage jumps to 0% and Origin isn't doing anything (no CPU usage).
Any suggestions?

Hi @Ma-Wahlberg
-clear Origin cache https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/origin/origin/origin-my-games-list-is-blank
-restart your machine.
-run Origin as Adminstrator. and try to download
NOTE if your issue persists go in your Origin client, click on Origin / Application Settings / Diagnostics- and from there enable Safe Mode Downloading.
My Opinion is no more important or right than yours.I'm a gamer like you, trying to help you (i'm not an EA employee).

i know this is old but to save the time for everyone here's how it worked for me :
1- i renamed the game folder of Battlefield V to random name
2- added origin to win firelwall
3- disabled antivirus
4- restart origin as admininstrator
5- download started
6- at 1 % close origin
7- copy the files from STEP 1 to the new folder "Origin Games\Battlefield V"
8- in the new folder of STEP 7 deleted everything that have the word "STAGED" in it
9- now Run Origin as Administrator and it will continue
