LEVEL PROGRESSION BROKEN AFTER UPDATE

Level progression seems to have been stopped after the last update. This is happening to a lot of people, on this forum and on Reddit and many other places. I am unsure why the team is being silent on the issue which surely will be losing them a lot of players since there is no unlocks at all. Even with leveling up anything, career or loadout or even weapons, you aren't able to unlock anything. Do the team know about it and are they working on getting a patch/server patch going? It is extremely frustrating.

Same here, opened three tickets, they gave me solutions. None of them worked, and now i cannot open other tickets. Dice, please. I payed my money for a game i want to play, not let gather dust.

Summarize your bug None of my class guns or gadgets are unlocking. I’m lvl 10 support and I have no new weapons or gadgets useable. They are all locked with level numbers beside them.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Start a new game. Level up any class. Did the new guns/gadgets unlock?
What happens when the bug occurs? Unlocks are unusable.
What should be happening instead? I should be able to use the stuff I unlocked by playing the game and leveling up.

This is also happening with me in America on PS4. I have reached support class 8 but the machine Gunner class is still locked. Also after EVERY SINGLE GAME FOR THE LAST THREEE DAYS I have earned no company coins because it just says unable to fetch your report. EA and dice really * the bed on this one

It's happening to everyone. EA just seems to be taking their time with the fix and probably won't be doing much in the next few days since well... EA.

Ever since the Dec 5th update ive gotten this at the end of ever single game.
turning off cloud saves did not change this either

Glad its not just me, happening to me on PS4. Worked up to level 8 assault just to get this weapon and Im pretty disappointed. So... should we just not play until it’s solved or are we getting compensated after the issue is resolved?
