Battle Field 5 Locked Weapons Problem

Bought the game Just This week and now  i am rank 19. 

Assault Rank 7

Medic Rank 15

Support Rank 8

Sniper Rank 3

But i cannot achieve The weapons games suggest  me(For examples i should have the weapons for medic at rank 10 and 13 but they are still locked)

Also i have Other friends and same problem aplies for them also.
