Hello, I play Apex on the PS4 and today i tried to login and saw my account was disabled. When i checked my email i saw this.  “ WE WISH TO NOTIFY YOU THAT WE HAVE FOUND YOUR ACCOUNT TO BE IN VIOLATION OF OUR USER AGREEMENT OR OUR TERMS OF SALE, AND DUE TO THE NATURE OF THIS VIOLATION WE ARE LEFT WITH NO OPTION OTHER THAN TO PERMANENTLY CLOSE YOUR ACCOUNT WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT.“

 

Upon seeing this i remembered an email i got like a week ago saying i had been banned from fifa. Since i don’t play fifa or own it i figured it was phishing or some BS. When i went to go read the fifa email i saw another i had got before that telling me my account was linked to a steam account. One with a wonderful bot name as well “aga50ss#dcWR7YVkRf45ppp” lmao. 

 

So i imagine i was hacked by someone and they started cheating or charged back or something idk exactly what. I have already filed a ticket. But I guess my real question is has anyone else recovered from this? Or did my ignorance really just KO all my hours in apex? Does ea even reinstate accounts? anyways thanks for reading and any replies.

You will need to speak to our Terms of Service team @111times9.

 

The process to contact our ToS team can be found here: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/account/information-about-banned-or-suspended-accounts/

 

  1. Click Contact us at the top of any page on EA Help.
  2. Select the game that your account was banned or suspended from. If it’s on your whole EA Account, choose Origin.
  3. Choose your platform.
  4. Select Manage my account, then Banned or suspended account.
  5. Fill out any other details below.
    • For example, if you picked Origin, it might ask you if you are accessing the game through an Origin Access membership.
  6. Click Select contact option.
  7. Sign in to your account that has the ban or suspension, if you aren’t already.
