Bad performance

[ Edited ]
★★ Newbie

While trying to transfer a game to my niece (it had been bought for her when she was a kid) the first person I speak to at EA electronics says no problem we merge the account for just that game. Doesn't say anything about dissolving my account and merging every game I have on to my niece's no nothing. When I get my niece here in person to give the permissions that they need some guy from E Hill  [Removed by CM] says they have to merge my account fully into hers with every game on it and my account won't exist anymore. [Removed by CM]
