BF5 crash after launch

I'm sorry I'm here again but the game crashes again after I press 'multiplayer'.

I have waited 3 weeks and there is no reply... I really wanna play some Battlefield 5 and that's why I'll state my problem again. I launch BF5 and when I click 'multiplayer' it crashes.

I updated graphics driver , not old just 2.3 weeks old, then rebott. and now it works.

I have the same problem.  Could the problem be in which files I put the game when I installed it?
