BF1 wont launch and Battlefront 721 error

Ok so I cant launch BF1 because I dont have EA play. But I have bought the game. So it shouldn't matter. And the Battlefront 2 gives me 721 error when trying to go online?

Because I wrote an email to them several days ago(maybe 2 weeks) but still no reply from them..

Hey @tubakdominik going to lock this thread as it is quite old.

If you have a case with our support the best thing to do is to be patient and give them time to respond.
