BF 5 lost connection

I hate origin servers. 3 days has been disconnected from server connection is offline mode. I'm out of all the games. I'm having this problem in Battlefield 5. I got this game, but I can't play. The problem is not on my internet connection! The solutions you offer to other people don't work!

I didn't. No ban mail. My server is disconnected after 3-5 minutes when I enter the game

I know disconnections can be frustrating from first hand experience. Let's get this fixed for you. We need to know whether you've done the basic steps first before we consider diving into more in-depth technical troubleshooting.

Disconnections can happen in games but we're not seeing a widespread amount of players getting disconnected from our servers in the last 48 hours, so this is definitely something that can be fixed through basic troubleshooting.

I did the Internet test with the specified program, but the site interface has changed. I could not find where to install.

Thanks for sharing the UO Trace. Doesn't look bad at all.

Try logging into your router's admin panel and check to see if you have a firmware update. There might be an option to enable or disable IPv6 as well. Switching to IPv6 or going to IPv4 may help improve connectivity. 

Some routers also have a "gaming mode" option where you can check a box to designate bandwidth to your game as a priority.
