I have been in contact with the EA support team for over a month now. I have had no progress. I actually don't have access to this account.
I managed to log in using my Xbox account, meaning I didn't use my EA password, meaning I can't use Origin and play games I bought for my laptop.
I have been trying to change the email on this account this whole time, being told they can't verify I own this account. I am making this post to prove I do and complain on a place many people can see my issue.
The EA support team hasn't helped at all and seems to do everything in their power to avoid helping, I filled in several forms trying to prove this account is mine and eventually stopped getting emails from EA, I can't get live chats anymore and can't even get messages from their Twitter. The last form I filled in contained a video of me logging into the account (again, using my Xbox details) and that still wasn't enough to prove I own it.
The email attached to this account is a Sky address, and they deleted the address (@sky.com) and I can't send requests to change account details to it, because I can't access the emails, so that's no use. All I can do is hope the EA support team does their job and help me, because so far you've done a pretty awful job, and so I can use this as proof I've logged into this account, this is a Tweet I made: https://twitter.com/Pandabot2001/status/1285701314186444804

Hey @PandaBot2001 we are not able to assist with account-based issues such as this on AHQ.
You will need to submit all your proof to the account recovery team by filling in the form.

Hey @PandaBot2001 if you no longer have access to the email on the account then the best thing to do is take a look at this help article and fill out the account recovery form: https://help.ea.com/en/help/account/im-locked-out-of-my-ea-account/
If you are unable to verify your ownership of the account then the best thing to do is gather as much additional info and fill out the form again.

As I advised @PandaBot2001 there is nothing that we can do on AHQ.
If the account recovery team denied your request then you will need to gather further info and fill the form again.
