Apex TWITCH PRIME PROBLEM

Linked my account and didn’t receive my skin or 5 apex packs ! Anyone else having this problem !

I have the exact same issue I’ve checked my acoounts multiple times and it says their linked and I still haven’t gotten my rewards.
