Almost same issue, but I cannot get into the game at all. Even if dismiss all the popups, game won't start - it just loads a bit and sends me back to the launcher.
If I disable cloud storage, i don't get any warnings, but just the loading and then back to launcher again.

I started having this issue last night when trying to play Battlefield V. It also occurs when trying to launch Apex. I also noticed people posting on one of the BFV community Facebook pages that they are having the same issue. To me, this sounds like a problem on EA's end. I hope they address and resolve this issue quickly.

I have the same issue. It started today.

I got tired of waiting and tried a reinstall. So far it seems to have fixed the issue for me.

Same error. Made a new account and the game worked fine so the cloud data on my actual account is the problem. I tried restoring the cloud data a few times and the game was still out of sync with the data. Trying to reinstall now to see if it fixes the issue.
Update: reinstalling the game fixed the cloud sync issue.

i have the same issue and i just downloaded the game, it just shows that error whenever it launches

Just turn it off in the Origin installer and save to your local machine...
Origin > Applications Settings > Installs and Saves Tab
