Any way to get update on case?

I recently opened a case with EA after my access to Origin basic and Fifa 20 was removed and it has been 72 hours without a response from the TOS team. Is there anywhere I can go to get a n update on my case? I really want to get a resolution to the case so I can continue playing with my team and unlock some of the timed content available.
