Anthem constant preparing

Yeah i can't preload the alpha. It grayed out and continuously says preparing. stuck like that for 30 minutes now. Any help would be great.

So assumtions

*you have installed and downloaded games before

*the drive has enough space

*and you are connected to the internet

try safe mode downloading in settings diagnostics Troubleshooting and see if that helps

Those are kinda dumb assumptions. I posted this using the computer that I am trying to install it on so that means yes I am on the internet. Have I installed games before yes I have over 300 games on my computer and never had a problem. Do I have SSD space yes I do. 

Now the safe mode option I didn't know about I will give that a shot and report back.
