All games are missing from Origin Library

G'day EA,

I have been away for sometime (over a year) and over the last few weeks i have logged back into my Origin account only to discover that my library is now empty.

Everything i have purchased in the past is now gone. I have purchased all the Battlefields and have considerable time playing all of them. The games are still on my hard drives but no longer come up in my Origin library. I have tried contacting support and have logged a Error report but at this stage nothing.

Can someone out there please let me know how i resolve this issue?   

I have the isolation crack and need some BFV....

It is most likely you are not logging in to the correct Origin account.

Double triple check your log in details and retry, thanks.

I'm having this same issue, and I even if I look into my account history to see my purchased games it's all gone. I've only had 1 email address is my life and I've recovered this account. Is there a way to see if you have more then one account liked to the email address? Or a way to check your previous purchases?
