Hi my sons EA account has been banned, account was hacked in Russia and used to do something with Fifa Coins.

Hes now lost access to anything EA including Battlefield etc which he loved to play.

Ive opened a case which was ignored so now opened another.

is there a way around this to link his ps4 profile to another EA account? seems harsh on a kid to have his account blocked for something he hasnt done

Did you dispute the ban on your son's account by following the steps here? If so, it can take several days to get a response.
