Account troubles

I have played sim city for a while but then decided to abandon it.Coming back to it a few years later..I tried to activate the code and since my Email was still registered I figured I could just reinstall it.When I put the Activation code in,It says I already registered it but yet the game is not in my library.I changed my account name and password about a week before..Is there any way I can reinstall it and activate the code without looking for a new copy? It would be basically impossible since it is a old game.

1. @EA_CadeI have a issue with volume in my computer and it is gonna take a while for me to fix it but yes I still have the code.Live chat..
