Account not valid

Someone please please please help. This morning I woke up to play some battlefield V on my xbox and I got Account no valid. I have put in for a case and they responded back that i didnt provide enough information. I have them ordre numbers of games I have purchased, dates, and prices. I gave them everything and I got back that i didnt supply enough information. I dont know what to do, I have soooooooo many EA games that i cant play now. please someone

Hey @brandimartin24 if you no longer have access to the email on the account then the best thing to do is take a look at this help article and fill out the account recovery form: https://help.ea.com/en/help/account/im-locked-out-of-my-ea-account/

I would recommend filling the form out and including as much info as possible.
