Account hacked and can't reach customer support

Hi,

I received multiple emails that my account email had been changed to some egyptian email adress. After repeatedly reverting the changes and searching for ways to lock my account, the hacker got the better of me.

Now I can't get into the old account that was on this email, which contains my games and customer support supposedly is on a 'public holiday', which it definitely isn't in Holland.

What can I do to get my account back?
