Account falsely banned [ Edited ]

One of my accounts got hacked and the cheater was cheating on it added a few new friends and i checked my club log and It said aigakowai (my ign) was placed in some chinese word instead of Trios or First. I contacted EA support I filed a report case and wait it out. In the 2-3 days I was waiting I was playing on my other account I joined the game played 1 match and got banned randomly I am sure I didn't use any 3rd party software or any macro. I contacted support again they manage to restore one of my accounts (the one that was hacked) but the one that got banned randomly I still haven't gotten a respond from them.
