Any particular reason why when i try and post on the bfv forums my account comes up as banned?

Hi, I have got a banned account notification from EA. I added a case a week ago. EA say their response rate is 72 hours. This is a week ago. Cn you tell me how long this should take normally?

Hey @nmannionn our TOS team aims to respond within 72 hours but it can take longer.
The best thing to do is to be patient and to keep an eye on your email for a response from the team.
