My account was banned at 2:30 in the morning about a week ago, I've tried emailing ea and opened a case with them but no one has responded I tried a follow up email and the case was closed before anyone even contacted me, is there any customer services number or live chat i can go through to get in contact with them?

Unfortunately we can't assist further with account bans on AHQ.
They are unfortunaly no other way. Withe Covid-19 answer can take little time.
