While playing the Sims 4 yesterday, my game froze so I restarted it. When I opened it up again it said I could not play with 2 of my expansion packs because my account has been disabled and that I would get an email regarding it, but I didn't. Today I checked again and saw that I had a new case that said Banned/suspended. I emailed again today, but I have yet to get an email back.
