Accessing my old account

Dear Sir/Madam 

I am having trouble accessing my old ea account that I’ve used for Fifa for years. 

ive just made a new ea account but now it’s saying I have to link it to my PS4 account when I already have an ea account but I don’t know what’s happened to the old account. I’m wondering if you can help ?

24/08/1995. If you can please find both accounts and help me just identify one so I can access the Fifa 21 web app that would be great. Thanks.

Hey @eliteandy24 for issues such as this you will need to speak with one of our phone or chat support advisers who will be able to advise you further. 

You can contact our live support at help.ea.com.  

To  speak with a chat adviser:

Click on your product Origin

Then select 'PC

Manage my Account'

Can't log in

Finally, you can choose to begin a chat or request a call back.
