APEX LEGENDS stuck on update

so I haven't used my computer in about two months and decided I would go on and play some apex legends but its started updating and is now stuck on 2.25 GB / 3.46 GB and has not moved in about 2 hours? ive tried restarting origin and still the same, any ideas of whats wrong?

Hey @spriteness154 if your download is stuck then you need to ensure that your firewall and anti-virus are not blocking Origin and that you also have the ports for Origin open.

The ports to open are:

• TCP: 80; 443; 9960-9969; 1024-1124; 3216; 18000; 18120; 18060; 27900; 28910; 29900
• UDP: 1024-1124; 18000; 29900

You can also try turning off the routers firewall to see if it helps.

Hey Darko, I've checked all of this and I've cleared the origins cache and still when I log on to origin it says resuming and is not downloading, I can even stop it to try and repair, any other ideas?
