9 out of 10 accounts banned

Hello

 

I made 10 accounts to use in a Gaming room at work, for each account i added the sims + a few expansions packs.

 

A few days after, 9 of the accounts got banned.

 

I have now used the last month making support tickets, and half the accounts got the auto reply "Your concern led to a full investigation of your account. After reviewing your case, we found your concerns valid and justified. We will make sure to prevent this in the future."

 

and the other half got the auto reply "Thank you for contacting us regarding the action that was taken on your account due to a violation of our User Agreement or Terms of Sale. After thoroughly investigating your account and concern, we found that your account was actioned correctly, and the sanction will remain in place.".

 

None of the accounts even got to access the game, since i didnt have a chance to install them on the computers.

 

I have tried the chat support several times, but they are no help at all, after using 30-60 minutes they just say they can make a new case with Terms of Services.

In each case all 10 accounts are listed.

 

I am at a point where i just wish to get these 10 accounts refunded, as i have spend well over 4 hours trying to solve this now, am my patiences is gone.

You will need to speak to our Terms of Service team in relation to any ban @GrumpyGamer150.

 

There is no other way to speak with the team and we are not able to assist with TOS issues on AHQ.

 

The process to contact our ToS team can be found here: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/account/information-about-banned-or-suspended-accounts/

 

  1. Click Contact us at the top of any page on EA Help.
  2. Select the game that your account was banned or suspended from. If it’s on your whole EA Account, choose Origin.
  3. Choose your platform.
  4. Select Manage my account, then Banned or suspended account.
  5. Fill out any other details below.
    • For example, if you picked Origin, it might ask you if you are accessing the game through an Origin Access membership.
  6. Click Select contact option.
  7. Sign in to your account that has the ban or suspension, if you aren’t already.

First off, let me start by saying welcome to EA’s “Answer HQ”.

I am very sorry for your inconvenience.
I can understand your problem and I treat it like a serious matter.

I am with EA for a very long time & I know that If they say "you can make a new case with Terms of Services" then this is it. This is your only option.

And also (because I know EA for a very long time) I know, you will not get any accounts refunded. You can be happy they left you one account.
