1. Can I stack several Support 15% discount codes on an eligible item?
2. If yes, will the 2nd discount code base its savings on the 15% discount price, or it will be based on the original price?

I'm afraid it's not possible to stack up the 15% discount codes. You can only use one discount code on a fully priced product.
