02/23/19 XB Update makes game unplayable

Downloaded the 4gig update the morning of 02/23/19 and was able to play briefly until roughly 11:40 AM ET until the game started to lag terribly and then crashed. Now the game freezes and stutters while just loading up. If I let it sit, it will eventually get to the main screen, but then it says the Anthem servers are unavailable.
