Hello,
I have recently been having trouble getting into the account that has my Xbox account linked to it. Its linked to an old email and i lost the password to the account to the only way i can login is on this site. I've opened a case to talk to a game advisor but every single time I try to use live chat it says "estimated wait time 5-10 minutes" but it never actually connects. One time it said the wait time was 5 minutes and I waited over an hour and still nothing.

I'm sorry for the late reply here - can I ask if you've managed to contact our live support on chat after all? 

If it still doesn't work, I would recommend trying to clear your Internet browser cache or trying a different browser entirely. Remember that you can always request a phone call from one of our game advisers on EA Help website instead as well.
