I have old disc of sims city and I use the code for my old computer but when I type it on my origin account it said it used already. my account has 0 games cause i never use this origin thing before cause i just use the disc and played the game.

Hey @BoohowMrsad if it is telling you that the code is already redeemed to an Origin account then this would be the case. 

 

It is most likely the case that you have an existing Origin account and have redeemed the game there.

 

If you cannot locate this account then please speak with one of our phone or chat support advisers who will be able to advise you further. 

 

You can contact our live support at help.ea.com.  

 

To request a callback or speak with a chat adviser:

Click on your product Origin

Then select 'PC

Manage my Account'

Can't log in

 

Finally, you can choose to receive a callback or begin a chat.
