Problem with free trial and Basic sub

Hi !

 

Just completed today my free trial of Access Basic and my credit hasn't been billed…  Games stopped working, so i contacted support.  They cancelled my sub as a solution and now i'm stuck.

 

Can't renew, because i get the error message that my free trial as already been used on my account and it won't switch to billing, because support cancelled my sub.

 

Any fix to this, since it's seems that i can't subscribe of Basic without the option of the free trial ?

Hey @Defeone can you make sure the payment method you are trying to use is on this list:

 

https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/account/ordering-payment-information/#paymentmethods

 

Double-check your account and payment details to make sure they're correct.

 

Visit the Payment & Shipping tab of your My Account page to find your info and make any changes you need to.

 

Checking your billing address against the one on your statements clears up a lot of these errors.

Hey Darko !

 

I'm paying with MasterCard, so no issue there...

 

Support asked me to wait for 24h but i doubt this will fix the fact that i cant subscribe to basic Access without the free trial offer.

 

Guess i'm stuck…  will wait for this afternoon (24h delay) and retry...
