Hey I had heaps of problems trying to get premier, I tried paypal and 3 different credit cards. Turns out it was because I had a VPN turned on. Try turning off your VPN and then try processing the payment, worked for me
I had this problem because the saved card was expired...

that is such bs! so origin will take a debit card if you're just buying a game but demand that you use a freaking debt magnet to purchase a monthly premium??? And on top of all of this they act like they don't know what the issue is or how to help people who are obviously confused.
