Issues with product codes after 4 years of playing

I purchased sims 4 in 2015 and have had no problems getting onto the game but now it’s saying I need to enter a product code , and I don’t have it anymore due to me deleting my emails . I have the history of purchases on my account as proof I’ve purchased. How do I fix this?

In this situation, I would recommend to contact our live support at EA Help about it. Unfortunately, we're unable to assist with such cases on AHQ, but our game advisers should be able provide you with more information Standard smile
