I had Trouble launching a game with the origin app

I recently bought the sims 4 through origin and later found out that I was unable to download the origin app for my PC in order to launch the game. I am not looking for a way to download the app but rather a way to get refunded so I am able to Buy the game elsewhere. Any input on the subject will be happily received.

@Amyclj18 What happens when you try to download Origin? If something is stopping it downloading or installing then it is generally an easy enough fix with a little bit of troubleshooting.

@Amyclj18 As far as I'm aware, even if you did purchase the game elsewhere, you would still need the Origin client to run your game. Why are you unable to download or install it though? If you still want a refund you can try contacting EA Support at https://help.ea.com

I had this same problem but I am not looking for a refund I bought the game on origin and I need a app to launch it and that as where I’m confused( i am using PC)
