I was in the alpha and beta, never broke any agreements, I'm not a streamer. I got to lvl 10 and opened two of the javalins...
I've done nothing wrong, but now get the message my account has restricted access and I can't play the game anymore.
There's no emails saying what happened. There's no indication of an issue when loggin into the EA account manager.
My son can get in on my xboxone with his own account so this is not an access issue... It's on my account!
So mad!
And their support system says I get to wait 72 hours for a response... Happy launch weekend.

Sorry to hear that you are having issues @Doran_wi.
Can I ask, are you seeing a message that you are banned by EA? If not then it is unlikely that you are banned.
Can you take a moment and try to play again and let me know what happens?
