Banned at lauch of anthem for no reason

Hi,

I've bought anthem and today i want to play but when i launch the game appears the message "my account hasn't permission to play online.."

I don't know why and i still able to play the other origin's game. I take a ban for no reason,

I've never used cheat or hacks.. some one can explain me why it's appening?

The issue was on pc, i've opened a ticket and they resolve it, now i can play, finally 😃
