Bye Bye Ea monthly sub

So, I've been playing BF, Madden, and various of other games EA publishes for years, but I will no longer pay for them. I saw that EA would have a sub program and jumped on it, and  now 5months later there are still issues with downloading games (they keep stalling) and the messages I received from your "tech support" is the same *  "delete origin re download; which also will have its own issue", "download in beta" which does nothing, '"download in safe mode" which does nothing. This has been a major issue and there are more people than just me with this issue.
