Players Running into crowd at kick off

Recently when playing seasons online my left winger just runs off into the crowd, commutator recognises I’m a man short referring to playing with 10 men but can’t not been red carded etc  

when I try sub him the sub then becomes the player missing leaving me with 10 men every game.

seen a few post with similar for the past month but no response from EA on any of them.

please look into this as now unplayable with any chance of enjoyment.
