Errm so i'm currently trying to download the "on the house game" (At the time its Dead In Bermuda) and it wont let me download it as its saying that the age requirement is not met to be able to download the game? Any help?

That's a bit odd. The only suggestion I have left is to contact an Advisor to check into your account to make sure all is as it should be. I would like to request you to come back and post what the fix is after you make contact so we might help future players with this (pretty rare) issue.

Generally there is an online age restriction of 13+yrs, are you logging in with your own account?

Are you using origin.com or the Origin client?
If you are using the client, try clearing your Origin cache as follows and then retry:

I am in the same geographical region as you and the only On The House game available to me is Medal of Honor Pacific Assault.
How exactly are you attempting to get Dead in Bermuda?

Im in the UK and when i click on the on the house section it says that Dead in bermuda is on the house?

Check your client is up to date because I definitely do not see that and can confirm we are in the same region.

I did have a quick look and it looks like it's up to date and it did automatically update when i opened it up this morning.
