Popcap should put PvZ garden warfare 2 or if possible 3 to the Nintendo switch ?

Too late for GW2 but it's something to consider for GW3.

A lot of this will depend on whether or not the current and future game engines are able to run on the Switch.

Nintendo's last generation wasn't capable of running Frostbite, the engine which runs GW2, and it wasn't considered worthwhile to produce an "inferior" version of the game for that system. As a matter of fact EA pretty clearly abandoned any intention of producing versions of their games which could run on the Wii U.

Now that Nintendo has rolled out the Switch, another very different and very innovative system, EA has shown some interest in producing games for it but already there are indications that the Switch isn't quite on par with the PS4 and Xbox One as the version of FIFA 18 produced for the Switch is running on a different game engine and lacks certain game play features available on the more powerful competing systems.

In the long run it will depend on how popular the Switch remains in the future and whether or not developers want to produce potentially "inferior" or more limited versions of their games for it- PopCap had the option of producing a PS3 version of GW2 but passed it up because the game would have been "inferior" when compared to what could be run on the PS4.

Hey you are right about that but it also depends on how popular the request is and also nintendo has already created SPLATOON 1 and soon 2 so there is still a chance
