PVZ GW2 balance ideas:

Chomper:

Burrow time decreased by 5%

Goop time decreased by 5%

Burrow + Goop recharge times decreased by 5%

Warning when a chomper is nearby

 

Super Brainz:

+2 damage (regular SB does 20, 40, 60), Toxic Brainz still does 30, 60, 90

Vanquishes now go into Toxic Brainz's meter

 

Legendaries:

Shared vanquishes now go into meters

 

 

PVZ GW3 ideas [Warning: Long]:

 

New Characters:
Laser Bean (Plant) 250 Health
Gargantuar (Zombie) 300 Health

Abilities:
Laser Bean:
LB: Rapid Radiation: Increase firing speed by 25-50%
Y: Mega Laser: Throws up a huge and power laser, yet stays in place/
RB: Mega Shield: Has a shield for 35-70 seconds, can also be destroyed (500 health)

Garg: 
LB: Rapid Concussion: Increase firing speed by 25-50%
Y: Imp Launcher: Launches/Throws 1-5 imps.
RB: Transmission Spin: Spins around 7-15 times. spin speed increases as ability as time goes on.

Freezer Bean (Rare)
Toxic Bean (Super Rare) 

Torchwood:
Icewood (Rare)
Galactic Wood (Super Rare): (Shots go through zombies, and fire firing, but at the downfall of damage, and damage falloff)
Toxic Wood (Super Rare)

Garg:
Future Garg (Super Rare - Legendary) (Left Trigger shoots laser)
House Garg (Rare)
Giga Garg (Legendary): (Left Trigger shoots electricity, and deals medium damage overall) (Giga Overload, increases damage + firing speed)
Zombot (Legendary): (Higher health, and more armor) (Robo Meter: Increases damage + Speed)

Hover-Goat 3000:
Cosmic Goat 5K (Super Rare, Can teleport, More Accurate)
Fire Goat 3K (Rare)
Chill-Goat 3K (Rare)

Modes:
CTF (Capture the flag, has a 10-15 min timer)
Boss Battle(s) (One huge boss, both plants and zombies team up to fight this  giant monster)
Classic Modes (same as GW1, except the new characters are added in)

Backyard Battlegrounds (Same as GW2): CTF

Features:
More Campaign (Overall menu, tells you what you have/haven't done. already completed ones give you less rewards (~50%). does not decrease)
Main Hub (Can switch between aerial and ground areas, ground area is like Backyard Battlegrounds, except there are 2 entrances/exits)
Old Special Event Spawnables return, and last forever (to get them, not life)
Multiple Saves
Old Maps (GW1 + GW2)
